- iOS Mobile Apps: When you use a weather or outdoor app and choose to allow location access on your device, your location is used only to show local weather forecasts and conditions for your area. You can turn off location access at any time in your iOS Settings. Anonymous crash logs are shared only if enabled in your Apple privacy settings.
- Advertising (Google AdMob & Google AdSense): Our free mobile apps and public reference websites display ads served by Google AdMob or Google AdSense. On iOS, we follow Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) rules and never access your advertising identifier without your permission. - Business Subscriptions & Payments: When you purchase a paid web plan or app upgrade, billing is processed securely through Stripe, Paddle, or Apple In-App Purchase. Klarwerk Systems LLC never receives or stores your full payment card number. Business documents or calculations that you prepare locally in your browser remain private to your session.
- Customer Support: If you email or call us, we keep your contact details and message history only so we can assist you and maintain standard business records.
4. Security & Hosting
All connections to our websites and apps are protected with standard HTTPS encryption. Basic server security logs handled by our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) are used strictly to prevent abuse and keep our services reliable, and are deleted automatically after short retention periods.
